What we collect

Information you give us. Name, phone number, email address and property address when you submit a form or use a tool on this site.
Property details you enter. Square footage, condition, mortgage balance, liens.
Automatically collected data. IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and advertising identifiers such as Google Click Identifier (gclid).
Consent records. If you tick the messaging consent box, we record the exact wording shown, the timestamp, your IP address and the page URL. This is kept as evidence that consent was given.

The calculator

The Fair Cash Offer Calculator runs in your browser. Your property address and the exact figures you enter are not transmitted to us unless you separately submit a form. We do record anonymous usage — rough value brackets and which options were viewed — to improve the tool. Nothing recorded can be traced back to you or your property.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, evaluate whether we can buy your property, prepare an offer, improve the website, and measure advertising performance. We may contact you by phone, text or email about your property.

Who we share it with
